Our programs and events offer opportunities for people of all ages to learn how art connects us with our daily lives. Focusing on the KAG’s current exhibitions, programs include art camps, interactive tours, activities and workshops that encourage self-expression and experimentation while learning about art techniques, basic design concepts and a variety of media. Our events include exhibition opening receptions, fundraisers to inspire you and special happenings in the Gallery Store.

Get Pride Parade ready! Make a flag, button, or bring your own t-shirt or tote bag to print on. We will have painting, screen-printing, and button-making stations set up with light instruction provided. Join us in celebrating Kamloops Pride Week with the whole family! Craftivism: Botanical Art Night

Location: Butler Urban Farm, 127 Clapperton Rd

Join the Kamloops Art Gallery and the Kamloops Food Policy Council for a night of botanical art making! Participants can try flower pounding on textiles, or take inspiration from the environment around them to create their own projects. Supplies will be provided. Folks are welcome to bring their own materials and art projects to work on during this time.
